Woke at 213.0, down 3.2 from yesterday. Continuing to drop a lot of water by continually drinking tea all day long. Worked from home and was able to get in a treadmill workout. Did not go outside to walk because I needed to be available to hop off and reply to urgent emails. But did it right at lunch, so I had an uninterrupted hour after all. Got a nice 208.2 weigh in afterwards. Targeting 1330 calories today.
