This morning I measured resting heartrate twice, averaged over two minutes both times @ 47 beats per minute. Was 54 beats per minute one week ago. I think that restricting-controlling sodium and sugar intake main contributing factors.

Feel much better physically, sleep better too! Note that this is the best resting heartrate I've seen since spring 2009.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
