Slept in until 11am and woke at 217.6. Drank some black coffee with coconut oil and jumped on the treadmill at 12:30. Got off and weighed 212.2. LOTS of water! Body water percentage back to 61.9. Have a friend’s 50th birthday party this afternoon, an outside affair set up as a picnic. Enjoyed lots of good food, including some cake, brownies, and a six pack of Sam Adams Rebel IPA. Will eat clean on Sunday!

Oh my goodness! That sounded like a fun time for everyone! Woo Hoo! It was worth, though, right? Just get back to your routine and you will work it off. :)
