Woke at 217.8 and came in the door after work at 217.0. Gigantic amount of water in me (body water percentage is 67.6 against a normal 62.5 percent!) Will get a good night’s sleep and do a post IF workout to see if I can get back on track. Hit my calorie goal for the month and had very few wide calorie swings, but it did not pay off in weight loss. Might be taking too many supplements. I’m going to streamline those this coming month, I think.

I find the difference in body water percentage between people intriguing. Mine seems so low compared to yours and anyone else I've seen post numbers, the highest I've gotten is around 53% and that's in the evening after eating and drinking over a gallon during the day. This morning getting up it was 49.7%. The high water percentage is a factor for sure with your weight not coming down like you expect. One thing about you for sure, you'll keep on it and adjust what's needed to get there. Hope you have a great weekend.

I've noted similar issues as Jim has on water retention..... I'm sure that I don't drink as much as I should, but my bathroom scale generally shows about 53%.
