Day one of the rest of summer.:) Yah for first goal!!

Eating less is like giving up one dollar and getting back 100. Excellent return for the money.

Hope everyone is having a blessed day/evening.

Today's totals: walk 15 mins; 3 X run 3mins/walk 1 min; walk 25 mins.
53.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Thanks Glen.:) Funny you should say that!! With every workout the thrill of running even just a little but makes a smile breaks out, and that is what floats in front of me to make me look forward to the next time.:)
