Breakfast: coffee, rice krispee square. Lunch: 1/2 tomato & mozzarella panini, 12 oz nfat latte. Dinner: 2nd half of tomato & mozzarella panini, 2 figs. Feeling better every day.
Day 4 training program: 6X 1min run/1min walk. Total 5 km(6957 steps), 57 mins. Note to self: no snacks before a workout!! Almost freakishly revisited that rice krispee square. Enough said. :-P
