Woke at 214.6. Came home from work at 215.2. Ate dinner and totaled 1428 calories today. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill workout and got 213.6. That was a lot of freaking work for one net pound! :). Ate light this week but still ate too much sodium (salmon, chicken, etc.) As a result, I have not had the “urgent” water loss I typically do when recovering from an indulgence. I need to drown myself in water this weekend to get that kick-started. Also going to have some red wine tonight for its diuretic and regularity properties.

Hummm .... I've never heard of red wine having diuretic and regularity properties. Interesting.

And it worked (at least the diuretic part). Up several times last night and woke at 211.6. Will do weights and more treadmill in a fasted state this afternoon and try for a few more.

I did a little digging on the web and confirmed that red wine has diuretic qualities, but so does black tea. It actually promotes dilution of the sodium in your body. Good stuff to know! Thanks, Glen!

Thanks, everyone! Weights done, two large glasses of water followed by two large glasses of iced tea. Just need to do some treadmill and then we can eat!
