Woke at 218.4. Black coffee with coconut oil and on our way to a wedding. The wedding is at 1, so I guess we’ll eat at about two or three. Logging my waking weight numbers as I won’t get to a scale again today. Figured out how to equalize my metabolic age number based on the hydration level. So the range looks to be 18-22 instead of the wild 14-35 swings from morning to evening weigh-ins.

Thanks! We had a blast and yesterday I ALMOST equaled my calorie intake via dancing, etc. Today not so lucky... will have to start being good tomorrow!
