As expected, weighed in at 221.2 this morning after a full day of eating with a 778 calorie surplus yesterday. Still sort of full from dinner, which is telling. Will get it back off before the end of the month.

It's amazing the fluid that can be retained short term. But you had a great time with y our daughter and friends before she had to leave, worth it. You'll get it back down, you know what to do.
