Draglist's Journal, 07 Jun 15

Woke at a pesky 211.6 after only eating 1267 calories yesterday (but only burning 2232). Fasted until 3:30 pm and got in a full body dumbbell workout and a 1000 calorie HIIT session on the treadmill. Then I went out and did some pool maintenance, including deep dives to retrieve a few errant bricks that made it into the deep end. Weighed in and got a 208.0. OK, but up .2 from three days ago. Body water percentage is way down. Onward...

i know how frustrated one can get by the slow progression of the scale. And you feel sometimes like you want to put your foot down and shout! I wont eat no more until i weight this or that... but, my friend, we both know that is not the way to go. nurture your body, and be careful not to consume those beautiful muscles of yours!

Hey Bill! You always do fight the good fight. Nice to have a pool to get in some exercise! With the heat that is sure to be on its way, that is a great way to get your exercise in. It's good to see you keeping your daily journal. I know you have had a battle with your weight since the loss of your brother. It will come back off. Just be patient. Hugs!

The scale can be frustrating, but you know how to get back down to where you were and will do it for sure.
