Woke at 215.0 and ate well at work. But not moving the water yet and having some other food processing issues as well today. Came home at 213.6 and did a 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill workout, but only got 211.0 for a weigh in. So showing an increase from three days ago. Targeting 1856 calories today and about 1967 tomorrow.
