Woke at 215.2 and ran some errands on a Saturday morning. Came back around noon and did a full body dumbbell workout. Got on the treadmill late in the day and knocked out a 1000 calorie HIIT workout. Weighed in at 5:00pm, hoping for 209.9. Got 209.2. Bitchin’. Ate a light lunch and then will to out go a graduation party tonight and have cookout food. Should be able to stay under 2000 calories or so. Sunday will be breakfast at a diner, a hard day of work cleaning and moving stuff out of a boat, and then seafood on the water. Monday, we start a fresh month!
