Woke at 216.8, down one pound from last night. Ate a lot while out in Annapolis, Maryland, working my brother's will (or lack thereof). So I'm not weighing in again today. I'm the walking dead after two 3.5 hour nights of sleep, so I'll hold off on the details until tomorrow.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 49.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks, Glen, Pam, and Jim! Actually got to bed before 11 last night (anything earlier than midnight is a real rarity for me). Got some pretty good sleep last night but still feeling the effects. Need to see if I have anything left for a workout tonight.
