Woke at 220.0 after a Memorial Day weekend out of town that included some party eating. Ate light at work today and came home at 217.8. Busy doing probate stuff for my late brother tonight so not getting a workout in, so the 217.8 will have to serve as the weigh in. Will close out the month of May as well as I can and then attack June with a vengeance.

Good Time for a new start Bill. I know you will get back on track. You have had a high work load and some unplanned stress. You will get back on track. Glad you a super Memorial Day Weekend. I had a great weekend as well!
