Happy with the weight loss. Not happy with the hip injury that's stopped me walking for over a week, its taking my all to keep working. Hope to be back walking later this week.

Can not understand how I have lost 3lbs the same as the week before when not walking and virtually eating the same foods as the week before.

On a upbeat note I am nearing my next target. Onwards and downwards!
118.4 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

PS...But make sure you give it ample time to heal....don't want it to mess you up again....:)

Give your body a few days to heal and go back at it with caution.
