Second weigh in today: Woke at 219.6 and then got a 219.8 reading at noon after three coffees and a few waters. Did not have time to work out today, but made several trips to the bathroom as I continued to move water. Despite eating lunch of some green beans, at 4:45pm I weighed in at 218.6. Recording this new weight and heading out of town!

Thanks, Pam! Graduation is done and so is the big celebration dinner we had after. Really ate some calories today but tomorrow is a big work day as we move Em out of her apartment.
