Woke at 197.0; ended at 192.0. Worked from home so was looking forward to my post-IF workout to get a little lower, maybe 194.4. But I got so busy at work that I could not get on the treadmill! And because I could not get on the treadmill, I didn’t eat! So I fasted until 7pm, but not before I did a 1000 HIIT treadmill workout. The result: an all time new adult low! In fact, I blew my previous best of 193.8 from March 21 out of the water! I lost ALL the extra water and had to start attacking the body fat, which is awesome. I lost a good pound of that today. But my estimated body mass at 10 percent body fat now had to be adjusted down by 1.1 pounds because I’m one pound lighter already than I thought I’d be at 10 percent. It looks like I would need to get to 182.9 lbs. in order to hit 10 percent body fat (not the 184 I’ve been planning). I will keep on going and see what I can do, but I’m in uncharted territory here! Also, I could tell I was ‘out of water’ as I did my workout today because I really didn’t start perspiring heavily until 38 minutes in. Usually, 15-20 minutes is all it takes to burn off the glycogen. It just wasn’t there to give. I wondered if I would lose fat instead and I did! Officially ready for vacation!
