Woke at 197.4; hit 194.8 after 16:8 IF and 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill. Targeting 1000 calories today. Looked at the calendar and recognized that I would be on vacation on the full day of the 30th. So, I’m going to reserve about 2000 calories for that day. That means I need to do about 1000 a day until then to hit my monthly calorie goal of 1972 per day. I’m going to give it a shot. Don’t need to, but I want to.

Hi skwhite. It's up in the air. My son had some leave he had to take from the Navy. He's off from 4/29 to 5/07. But my wife was already scheduled to go to Colorado for a class reunion and to see her folks. So he's flying there and I took leave as well. So we will visit around and just chill.

1000 a day is very very hard. but if there is someone who can do it - i'd bet on you. I think the lowest day i have had is 1100. at 1000/day, you probably won't have much energy for intervals. good luck

Good luck with hitting your goal!

Thanks, Kattay! Breco, Believe it or not, 1000 is pretty easy for me, especially on 16:8 IF. I did 1081 today and was fine. A lot of salads are called for! : ) Thanks, Glen. I'm confident I can do it, but a lot depends on what the 30th holds. Thanks, all!

Thank you, Meddo! I was proud to serve but honestly, I saw so much of the world and so many countries. It really expanded my understanding of the world -- a gift I treasure to this day. And my son has done the same. I am so proud of him. And 24 hours from now, we will raise a glass together. I am so fortunate.
