Woke at 198.2; hit 195.8 after 16:8 IF, full body weightlifting, and 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill. Targeting 1500 calories today.

I love seeing all your numbers, Bill. That is awesome! Can I ask, is that a special scale that you have that gives you readings from your weigh ins? I see that Tanita has many scales. I was wondering which one you use? I am really interested in getting one.

Thanks, Sara, Roland, Hennebrooke, and InstantCrazy! Hennebrooke, I use the Tanita BC-533, which provides most of that data. However, it is dependent on the body water percentage (which differs from morning to evening), so I had to do some calculations based on the empirical data to nail down my formulas. I can help with that. I'm just a numbers geek, InstantCrazy! : )
