See that? You really understand your body and how to live this lifestyle! Not a fad y'all!

I am amazed at how fast you lose it.

Thanks, Jim, Buffy, Jenn, and skwhite! You guys touched on two of my secrets... one is that I live life to the fullest but just adjust later (or sometimes in advance). And second is the understanding of water weight induced by sodium and carbs. Only with a BIA scale can I see that it's truly temporary. I'm essentially 197 right now; I just have to release the rest of this water. Then I can start to attack the body fat again and get even lower into the 190s.

Congratulation's!!! You know exactly how to balance things. You have a good time, but know when to get back to business. It's a balance. I love that you enjoy happy hour! Weekends are by relaxation and I like to have my happy hours over the weekend!

In my humble opinion, you are doing the weight thing right. Living life is what it is all about. Making adjustments before and after a good time does work. It is amazing how fast you can go up and down the scale :) !!
