HCB's Journal, 09 Apr 15

I stayed the same as last week's weigh-in. I am glad I did not see a gain; but really was hoping to see the "Idiot Box" move down this week.

I know what you mean. The last month, I'd been up and down so much, it was good to finally be where I know I should be. But I was hoping to be even lower.

You are doing great, I bet you lost an inch or two even without the cooperation of the idiot box.

Frustrating when the scale doesn't cooperate, but remember there more ways to measure success. Sometimes success is keeping steady, it's not always a straight journey down. Keep at it!

Some weeks are like that, hopefully that means a big loss for next week.

You should be very proud of how much you have lost. I had a fast weight change the first week, now I am starting to gain again. Story of my life. When I saw my doctor, he told me not to weigh so often. Guess I will have to make a weigh-in schedule. Keep up the great work and stay motivated.
