Gained 20 lbs. over four days by consistently overeating while my sister was in town visiting. My typical April/Easter deal. Crazy. It was all delicious and fun but now back to work. Checked blood sugar this morning and it was 98, so that is not a factor. But crazy water gain. Let's see how fast we can lose it again. Will eat quite a bit on Easter but will begin hitting the weight loss calories and workout regimen hard on Monday.

Enjoy Easter Bill, I just checked out you food for the day, I had to laugh at your drinks, I don't drink alcohol much, I think I would have been passed out a lunch time! - Lol!!- But your food looked delicious! Enjoy Easter only comes around once a year!! !!

I love how you can rearrange yourself so readily! You are right about the sodium and carbs packing it back on so quickly - but that means it will also disappear quickly, too!

Interesting seeing what you ate and how can affect. That was my Friday. My weakness is wine and cheese not to much is sweets. Look like a lot of fun with family. See you in the bellow 200 soon
