Woke at 199.8. Ate 1000 calories at work. Came home at 200.6. Hopped on the treadmill and did 1000 calories of HIIT. Got a 198.0 weigh in afterwards. Up three from the weekend, but solidly in the 190s. Will try to get back to 195 by Saturday. Ate right on target.
