Woke at 199.8. Ate 1000 calories at work. Came home at 200.6. Hopped on the treadmill and did 1000 calories of HIIT. Got a 198.0 weigh in afterwards. Up three from the weekend, but solidly in the 190s. Will try to get back to 195 by Saturday. Ate right on target.

Funny for sure, Glen. But it's gratifying that my highs are now at 199. Knock on wood, I don't have a 200+ official weigh in since mid February.
