OK, now we're cookin’. Waking weigh in of 197.8 hinted at good things to come after the post-IF workout. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT walk on the treadmill and bingo -- 195.0! Lowest since 1977. Fasted until 2pm. Caught up on calories yesterday so I get the full 1989 target today.

Wow. Youre cooking!!!!!! So you worked out after your IF or during....im taking notes here Lolololol you did 90 minutes on that treadmill yesterday right? It was soooo worth it!! Nice job!!

Thanks, Tresmemphis. On weekends, I wait until after my 16:8 fast period is over before working out. That way I'm working in a fasted state and I know that what I burn will be body fat and not anything I've recently eaten. I do have a glass of water with apple cider vinegar or squeezed lemon, and a cup of black coffee with coconut oil, but no food.

Thanks, HCB! No, I can't see ever getting in a 30 waist at this point! But I have to admit that these 32s fit very comfortably. Not having to suck it in to get them on, so who knows?

Thanks, Mom! You may be right on skipping the workout. I was happy to be able to lose the water fast this time (but I didn't go too overboard). Trying to keep things on a pretty even keel and it's working out.

Thank you, Breco, Snezica, and Kattay! PS... Tres, it was 65 minutes on a treadmill followed by shower, weighing in, etc. When I wrote that I would 'see you after 90 minutes,' it included all that stuff. I go until the treadmill reports 1000 calories. Usually that's 65-70 minutes.

good good good by the way the pic in the dressing room 32 size was hilarious. I'm 34 I haven't ry 32 yet maybe one day. Just like you I was 32 in high school
