Back in one-derland! Seems like I am skipping rope, jumping back and forth between the lower 200s and upper 190s. I am going to be optimistic and just keep working at making my goals. Warm weather, like today, makes me want to focus even more on my healthy efforts.

Your body likes to weigh 200. That is why it is fighting to stay there. You will win the battle! the 190s and then 180s really went fast for me once I broke out of the 200s for good.

You've done SO well!

diehard3, I just know you have to be right about the 200 mark. I stay under my RDI, I upped my work outs a bit, and yet I'm mired in this hump. This is just about where I get in all of my years weight losses, back to when I was in my 20s!! Believe, this isn't the first rodeo!! This time I will not give up!!

I'm still your number one fan Kattay. You've definitely had a few months of the rollercoaster thing going but so have the majority of us. You're still doing sooooo well. I've quit thinking about my ultimate goal and just started concentrating on losing 1 to 2 pounds per week. Maybe this would work for you? The end goal will come in time. Take care of yourself Kathy. I know the extreme weather has also been playing a part in this.

Thank you Deb! Long ways to go. I do feel so much healthier compared to when I first started. Rings that I used to wear in high school fit, clothes size from 26/28 plus to an XL, etc. I can go through turnstyles at parks without thinking I might get stuck :) I can do more activities without feeling like I'm going to pass out. There are so many pluses!
