Day 5 of the house lockdown continues as I’m teleworking due to the snowstorm. Really getting spoiled by working out at the end of 16:8 IF every day. Woke at 199.4. Had back to back meetings until noon so didn't get in any mini treadmill sprints. Did my 1000 HIIT treadmill and got a nice 196.6 -- breaking my three day 196.8 ‘plateau’! Ate a gigantic frozen treat for lunch as a reward (of course it consisted of cottage cheese, frozen strawberries, protein powder, and other healthy goodies). It was delicious and had 20g fat, 61g carbs, 15g fiber, and 95g protein! Should not be fair to have that much fun while eating right! My county is supposed to get up to eight inches of snow today, which makes it likely I'll be teleworking again tomorrow… at this point, I'm aiming for a solid week indoors!

Nice weigh in! Hope you are enjoying your time with the snow falling. I love it, full mug in hand. Praying for anyone that has to be driving in these conditions. Thankful that I don't have to be out in it.

Thanks, Kattay! Yes, cup of decaf in my hand as well. Nice to look at; tough to be out in. All the best to those who can't hibernate.

Lynn, I am totally fine with it, but I don't have to go out... My lovely wife stocked us up on food a few days ago and I can get all my work done on the phone and computer. Lucky me!

Yikes. I know what you mean about snow. It's been an awful winter for snow for people in the east this year. You can get your workout just shovelling the white stuff (lol). Great result with the weight. Keep it up.

Thanks, Pam and Edgw! Yes, snow shoveling is in the cards for me today! This makes an entire week in the house... but I don't mind. I like puttering around.
