If consistency is the key, you can call me The Locksmith! : ) Awoke at 198.6. Finished IF, did two 10 minute, 125 calorie treadmill hits followed by my normal 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill. Got off and grabbed a third straight 196.8 weigh in! I am totally happy plateauing at this point. I can be patient… I've got nothing but time! Targeting 1973 calories today. PS: Massive winter storm bearing down on the Washington, DC, area. It’s likely I'll be working from home again tomorrow and possibly on Friday. That would make an entire week at home. But I'm getting a lot done.

Huddled in the house. No problem!

Don't know how much mess we are supposed to get here. Changes by the hour :) DC is right in the radar path. Looks like we are on the fringes. Good that you can huddle in the house and get so much done. I just got home from getting groceries a few minutes ago. They can't keep the store stocked fast enough which is probably due to the incoming weather forecasts and being close to the first of the month. I had put off going as long as possible. Glad to be home, groceries put away, and relaxing.

Glad you made it through the crowds safely, Kattay. Denise braved that madness yesterday. LOL, Mom. I could not believe when that exact number popped up again! I got in two more 10 minute treadmills today so all set!

So, minor issue today. Tried a box of Jello Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding to flavor some 'healthy ice cream' using frozen spinach as a base. Used chocolate protein powder, too. Didn't taste bad, but the pudding mix had 1240 mg of sodium! Last time for that!

Oops. I have some boxes of of sugar free pudding in my cabinet too and have held off making anything with it yet. Will we ever learn? LOL!

I was fine with the calories and carbs... didn't think to look at the sodium until it was too late. But who knew? Oh, well. Once bitten twice shy...

Bill, when you said you were targeting 1973 calories, my first thought was how the heck do you remember what you ate in 1973? lol

Stupid sodium!!!!!!!

LOL, Deb. I'd be afraid to count my 1973 calories! When I was in high school, I'd think nothing of eating three heaping plates of spaghetti with bread and butter, and then going out later with my pals to Mickey D's!

Thank you, Pam! It is working out great. Stuck again today as the sleet came down all morning and the snow is coming down now, but just squeezed .2 more pounds off!

Thanks, Lynn! I think you are right! Hoping to keep it that way. Socolova, I was able to flush it out and I'm doing great.
