Woke at 206.4, which likely reflected the 2500 mg of sodium ingested yesterday. Truth be told, I also had a few cordials after midnight when I realized I'd be snowed in today and didn't have to go to work. So, adding that in before even waking! Fasted until 3pm, except for coconut oil in coffee. Did some snow shoveling and a 1000 calorie HIIT session on the treadmill. Got back down to 201.8. That’s showing a gain from Saturday morning, but I've mostly lost the water I gained later on Saturday. Should be back in the 190s by the weekend. Targeted 2010 calories, but ate just over 2200 to get in required protein and fiber.

It amazes me how you can work off those pounds on the treadmill. I wish I had the stamina. Good for you!

Well, I was down to 205.8 through fasting and a little snow shoveling before the treadmill. But I sweated off a solid four pounds on it!

Going to bump my calories up to about 2200 today because I want a little more protein and fiber and I'm already at 2050 after dinner.

Last time I saw snow was when I was 13 in Pittsburgh PA- One time we did get light snow flurries in Florida 1990 on Sunset Beach.... Best of Luck with the Snow Shoveling.... I Used to love the snow as a kid with sled riding and I used to iceskate alot...I do not think I would be into shoveling---Although Great Exercise!!!!

It is great exercise, Pam, and usually more than yesterday was. When it gets heavy and wet, I come in the house drenched with sweat. Yesterday was a mild dose. Still, better than sitting!
