Woke at 207.4. Ate 750 calories at work, including a nice beer at lunch with a salad and grilled lamb. Lots of walking today. Came in the door tonight at 205.0. Did 70 minutes of HIIT treadmill to burn 1000 calories. The scale rewarded me with a nice 201.8. Also dropped a point on my visceral fat rating. Ate right on my calorie target of 1991 calories. A nice sleep in, 16:8 IF, and fasted Saturday workout hopefully will get me close to the 190s again. Might start adding my Fitbit numbers to this deal to keep track.

It's amazing how much difference a day can make ..... It interesting how close you track your numbers. I suspect that it motivates you to still conscious about your eating.

Draglist Thanks, Glen, Jim, Pam, Breco, and Kattay! Glen, I'm one of those weigh in twice a day people. I can predict my body's reaction to food and I'm rarely surprised anymore (although this last week's water retention was a bit puzzling). You called it, Jim: 199.6!
