Woke up at 203.2. Had to go to work so will not get a post 16:8 IF workout to try to drop the weight. Also, had a going away party for a coworker where I ate some chocolate cake and there will be a happy hour as well. Will try to target 1910 overall calories today and do a workout after I get home. Tomorrow I'm a featured speaker at an event that is catered for breakfast and lunch, so I'll be eating very light in the evening tomorrow, too. Hoping for 198 by Saturday's official weigh in.

Thanks, everyone! Public speaking is part of my job and I really enjoy it. I'll be at the grand old Willard Hotel, right next to the White House.

It sounds like you got "the plan" .... Good for you! Have fun at the Willard, I actually think that was one of the few places I visited when I was in D.C. Did you catch any of the storm? 72 degrees here .... I sitting on our front porch of our home keeping an eye on the neighbors.

Lost internet at home last night so wasn't able to check in. Was 207.2 after happy hour. Since I was not going to get a new low after working out anyway, I ate first. Put off my workout until the last minute I could squeeze it in before midnight. Got another 207.2 right at midnight so I evened out my dinner and sweated out some beer. Woke at 206.2 at 5:30 am today. Will attempt to eat under 1800 calories but will be a challenge with catered breakfast and lunch.

No worries Bill, it's just a bump in the road and some things are more important in the short term than what the scale says. Enjoy the day, hope the speaking event goes great.
