Woke up at 206.2, which was a tiny bit troubling after a 1900 calorie in, 3200 calorie out day. Based on that, I hoped to get a little lower than yesterday after HIIT today. Did my 16:8 fast (not extended today), and a 65 minute HIIT treadmill workout. I weighed in at 203.6, exactly to the gram the same weight as yesterday’s low. Oh well, on we go. Targeting 2000 calories again today.

And... 206.2 waking weigh in AGAIN! Will do a large glass of lemon water and a cup of black coffee and hit the treadmill.
