OK. Here we go. Woke up at 202.0, which looked like a good starting point for the 190s because I woke at 202.8 the other day and got a 200.0 after 16:8 IF and HIIT treadmill. Did exactly that and got a nice 199.4. Right on track. Famished afterwards after eating only half the calories I burned yesterday! Having a big late breakfast and then will head into the weekend. Cheers, all!

I ended up eating 3200 calories today as I grabbed a few chicken soft tacos and some beers at a local Chevys while Denise had a jewelry party at home. Will adjust tomorrow.
