Good day of eating and walking at work (except for that piece of birthday cake early in the day). But within RDI no problem. Ate 900 calories before dinner and got a nice 214.0 weigh in. Water going down. Then not much in the house for food as we've eaten the rest of the Thanksgiving stash. I had a large bag of baby carrots that didn't get eaten and said, "What the hell." Crunched a few but put the rest of them into the blender with some protein powder and almond milk. Made a great veggie smoothie that was very filling. But it also had 72 grams of carbs! I guess carrots do have a lot of sugar. But they are gone now and I got a filling dinner for 300 calories. But if I turn orange tomorrow, we'll know why! Could not eat another bite so ended the day at 1795 calories although I could have eaten more based on what I burned. Will do weights and maybe a step or two on the treadmill tonight.

Chris, I have a Ninja. I love it. I wanted a Vitamix but this does everything I ask it to for about a quarter of the price! LOL, SKWhite, we'll find out tomorrow!

What kind of Ninja? Does seem the Vitamix is overall. I wonder how much you pay for the name.

I just checked. It's the BL 700 30. Super rugged. Comes with two different size containers (one tall and one short). Two different blades plus a bread kneader blade/paddle (haven't used that). I'm super happy with it.

Carrots do have natural sugars but beta-carotene which is terrific for your body!!
