Back up to 218.8 for my official weigh in. Over Thanksgiving holiday, went to 212.2 on Thursday morning, 217.8 on Friday morning, 214.8 on Friday afternoon (after a HIIT workout), but more snacking and a few bottles of sweet wine last night has me back to 218.8. Will not get to do my Saturday HIIT workout as we are taking Emily back to the airport after some shopping and lunch. Will begin to climb back down the ladder tomorrow!

Update: Took Emily out to a nice outing and lunch before sending her back to college. Of course, that meant eating out. Then Denise and I shared a few bottles of wine at home. Ludicrous amount of extra water in me due to over the top sodium and carb levels for four days. Took some time to refine my formulas for water amount in my body. New numbers below reflect this. Details in another post to come.

You'll get back down. You always do. I'm a bit scared to weigh in, but will tomorrow. I got back to town today. I've hardly eaten any vegetables since I left on Tuesday (I don't think real potato french fries or sweet potato soufflé count - a bit of asparagus on Thanksgiving may be it). It was a great time with family, so that's what's important.

Hi SW. Yes, we will get there. We ate out today as well as we took Emily out for lunch before sending her off. Looking at the treadmill and to see if I will be able to eat anything tomorrow if I don't hop on for an hour! : )
