Back home after our long vacation weekend. I gained eight pounds over the weekend. Not too bad. I'll drop that water quickly. I did another four miles of alternating fast walking and running on the boardwalk this morning to start my day.

Here are the 10/19/14 Tanita Numbers (post 16:8 fast, post 4 mile HIIT walking/running, post lunch):

Update: Ate up the last goodies from the candy kitchen plus some other good stuff today. Ended up at 1935 calories. I'll call that a nice transition day! Will begin doing low cal tomorrow to get back on my 1900 calorie per day average.

Thanks, Kattay! I did buy a few pieces of that good stuff. I'm eating it all up today to get it out of the way! Tomorrow I will be back on track 100 percent!

I'm not bad for my age (and new lower weight) but I have a long way to go! I did it by walking at 4mph for four minutes and then doing a one minute all out run. Did that alternating for an hour. Was able to get five miles on two other days but I was coming up against my checkout time today! : )

isn't it funny how quickly you can put on weight on vacation? I'm sure you will take it off quickly. Hope you had a fun time!

Yep. It is flat crazy! Luckily, it is mostly water and should go away by the weekend.

Yes, it was wonderful. Really enjoyed walking/running every day. A nice break from routine but now back to it!
