Morning weigh in of 202.4 after getting back to my 1900 calorie per day average for the month yesterday. That took a lot of sub 1100 calorie days, but needed to get to where the Body Weight Simulator app said I needed to be in order to hit the 190s by the end of the month. Grabbed 11 hours of sleep last night in preparation for our long weekend. Have a great rest of your week, too!

Hi M2B. No. No I can't! LOL. But I will be following 16:8 and will TRY to take it a bit easy on the foods. I've budgeted 4000 calories a day and will still be able to hit my goals by the end of the month, but I think that is overestimating! Plus, will run/walk on the boardwalk every single morning!

YAY YOU! I was down another 1.19 this morning which is a total of 2.19 this week :) & have big weekend plans too (our 5th anniversary) ! Wishing us both well :) & loads of FUN

Thank you, everyone. Had huge rib and crab cake dinner that immediately doubled my daily intake but I was expecting that! Authentic, congrats on your fifth anniversary! Breco, hey, I never said it was 11 hours of UNINTERRUPTED sleep! I was up about three times! : )

Thanks. It's part of it for sure, but the low calories are a huge part of it, too. Will go over for a few days but will get back to it next week. Going to go outside and do some HIIT walking and running here in a few...
