Got 207.2 upon waking then did a 65 minute HIIT treadmill workout at the end of my 16:8 fast (53 minutes at 4 mph with 12 bursts of 10 mph). Got down to 204.6 to enter the maintenance zone again. Will eat under 1300 through Wednesday to get on my 1900 calorie per day goal before leaving for a long weekend.
