Nice morning weigh in of 208.6 after a 1270 calorie day that ended with 35 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. Finished a 16:8 fast this morning and did an hour of weight lifting followed by another 35 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. Ended up at 207.8 for the Saturday weigh in. Eating light again today. Extra water appears to be gone. Let's see if we can get near that blue line tomorrow morning.

Here are the 10/11/14 Tanita numbers (post 16:8 fast, weights, 35 minute HIIT, some overnight dehydration showing in the water and body fat numbers):

Thanks, Madanjen. Yes... YESTERDAY! LOL. Just getting rid of the extra water weight I had gained while overeating in September and the first week of October. I think I have it all squeezed out now. ;)

Thanks, Madanjen. I absolutely can track the extra water by running my numbers after using the Tanita scale. Now that the water is gone, I need to start working on the body fat!
