Morning weigh in of 211.8 after another 1000 calorie day. Traded a workout last night for more sleep. Kennedy Center (Evita) and dinner out tonight but will not go overboard.
96.1 kg Lost so far: 51.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks, Breco! These calorie numbers are more radically low than I like to go but I overate during the first week of the month. I track monthly averages so I need to get back on my 1900 per day calorie target before the month gets away from me!

Excellent! Enjoy Evita, saw it at another theater a while ago and it was a good show.

i track averages as well, draglist ... it does make it hard to pull the average down when we overeat. but ... you have shown, it can be done with attention and discipline.

Great Drop!!!!!!!!!!! Wow You drop weight quick!!!! Weather got hot again and halted my exercise- Hoping for rainy weather to get me going again or drop in temperatures. I need to get motivated to hit the exercise machine in the gym that no one uses. Atleast I have been keeping my diet fairly well-Anyway Great Job As Usual!!!! Congrats!!!!

Thanks, Jim! Will do. I agree Breco... the past few months I didn't adjust in time and last month I barely got back to a very slight deficit! First time in two years I would have had a surplus over a month. That's why I'm being especially agressive this month. Thanks, Jen!

Thank you, Pam! I would have been down another pound or so but I could not exercise last night either. The house alarm and phone line both stopped working so we spent the better part of our evening on the phone with those two places. By the time I was done, I decided I needed sleep more than exercise! (Trying to stay awake for the entire play tonight!)
