Dropped a little more than a pound at work today, but still have a lot of work to do. The pre-dinner weigh in numbers showing more accurate body fat and water numbers and boy, do I have a lot of water in me! Will squeeze some of that out as soon as I can. Basically should be 199.9 as soon as I get rid of the extra water. Amazing.

Here are the 9/29/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, no workout on Mondays):

Goal Weight (10% BF) - 215.3 (Should be 192, so 23.3 lbs. of extra water!)
