Another good eating day at work led to a pre-dinner weigh in of 212.8. Denise had turkey kielbasa and pirogis ready for dinner, requested by my son Jason. Got away with reasonable amounts of each of those (except the kielbasa blew away the sodium numbers). But then ate some Stilton cheese with cranberries -- a lot. That and some Brie added 800 calories (and a ton more sodium!)

Here are the 9/25/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner):

How did you get the Tanita numberss? My scale does weight and body fat %(now how accurate that is who knows). Congrads on your numbers

Thanks, Trinity. I use a Tanita BC533. I really like it. It provides all those numbers except body fat in pounds and goal weight at 10 percent body fat. I calculate those myself based on the Tanita information.

Thanks, MrDierks! We'll be saying that about you one day soon. I do seem to have a pretty good system! Really enjoying maintenance as there seems to be nothing I deprive myself of when the occasion calls for it. When I'm by myself or just with my wife day to day we eat very clean though.
