Morning weigh in at 204.2 after hitting 207 after Labor Day. All water weight. Lost about three pounds of it yesterday with an 800 calorie day, a HIIT treadmill workout, and a rare mid week 8 plus hours of sleep. Will eat about 1900 calories today.

Update: 11 pm. Looks like I forgot to copy this day's results to the journal. Same weight as yesterday at 205.8 despite losing some water. Ate 1911 calories, including three beers at an after hours meeting. No doubt slowed the water loss a bit. Will copy full 9/03 results tonight.
92.6 kg Lost so far: 54.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice, My goal for Wed, Thurs, Friday, Sat & Sun, Mon is to keep the calories at 1100 at the most. With all the extra work at work (heavy paperwork load and stress) and super miserable heat ( I know a book of excuses) I need to get the calorie count down again. Today is a new day - & I do not want to be embarrassed on Friday's weigh in- Anyway GREAT JOB AS USUAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Down to less than 4 pounds -Super Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Jim. I just looked my calendar and forgot that I have a business meeting/happy hour at 4:30... dropped one of my protein drinks and will have a few beers, but nothing crazy. Leaving promptly and will eat lots of protein for dinner.
