Move completed! It was beyond stressful & traumatic for me: physically, mentally, and financially! Far harder than anything I have done in past 15 years on so many levels. It was so tough to do alone. Good news: I feel I am recovering and getting back to normal again. Ate my anxiety, especially last weeks. Lots of pizza! Big bag of Doritos yesterday pushed numbers back up. Made an appointment with my doctor, to get myself back on healthy side. Today, I start living my My New Start! Lots of unpacking, boxes and Ikea bags LOL. Hugs to everyone!!!!
140.4 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
