Super low cal adjustment day to get back on track for the final push for August 2014. Ate 730 calories today and will target 1500-1800 per day for the remainder of the week (depending on exercise -- about 1000 deficit per day). Amazing amount of water in me -- I estimate about 17.3 pounds (197.8 weight once the water goes away). Sodium 2348 (turkey dogs).

Great job today! It is good you are increasing calories for next day- You don't want to starve yourself- There is cucumber yogurt dill dip that is on the market- it's low calories and quite tasty

Thanks, Pam. I try to limit myself to one of these sub 1000 calorie days a week (as needed). Those are Mondays. Will add more calories tomorrow but will try to keep the sodium and carbs in check. More yogurt and veggies during the day with a bit of meat and more veggies for dinner. Protein water drinks, too.
