196.7 is a great number, Draglist. Shouldn't be long to shed that water weight along with the glycogen. Keep it up.

Enjoy the last few moments with Em. You will see her soon but it's never easy saying goodbye.

Thank you, Jim, Madanjen, and Isabel! Made it here safely and moved in. Three flights up carrying stuff really provided a good workout! I'm beat! Had an overindulgent dinner (and entire day) but there's time to work on that. Tomorrow we set everything up. Many fewer trips up the stairs! Enjoying being with our dear girl. Bill

You will probably drop 10 pounds just from moving!!!!

I feel it this morning! 45 steps carrying lots of heavy stuff mostly by myself! Made at least 10 trips up and down. Pretty good Fitbit step count from it!

Massive salads are my "cheat foods' that I do not record.. I figure that the veggies are a lot better than the little debbie swiss rolls that I devoured before my change of life style of eating..

Today it was shopping for home accessories and for me, assembling a futon and kitchen shelf unit. Got her all unpacked (almost) and doing well. Now it's off to the grocery store to stock up the fridge and cupboards. Then our last night and a farewell and drive back in the morning.

You bet! But just bought two new bookcases and a microwave cart that I had to carry up three flights and now have to assemble! Finished grocery shopping, too. I need to go home to rest up. : )

You should publicize this as a new exercise plan! Proven to drop inches from your waist AND wallet ;-) Seriously though, you're a great dad! Safe travels home.

Amen to that, Vickie! Dropped MUCH weight from my bank account this weekend! One thirty a.m. on Sunday and I finally got a large bookcase and kitchen island put together. Time for calorie reporting and BED!
