Hoping to slide in there. Daughter is home for a few days, so we sampled one of my frozen treats tonight. Added 350 calories but still under 1100. Sushi tomorrow with her at lunch, then back to the seafood place (her two favorite spots). But will cool it compared to Saturday! Don't know what is up for Wednesday, but driving her back to college on Thursday night, which means eating out for the weekend (and a great amount of sitting on my rear on the highway, although I'll get some exercise moving her in to her place). Just adding a bit of additional difficulty to the mix...

You did great on your diet yesterday, food log, low calorie and healthy food. Moving will definitly take off pounds, and seafood is good diet food, you can eat alot and still lose weight. You are back on track!

Sounds like you are enjoying your daughter's stay, which is great. You can "get down to business" after she goes back. Enjoy the good times! You know you can drop the weight soon enough! Especially the water weight!

Thanks, Kattay! That's the plan. Going to take her everywhere she wants to go in these precious few days and then will hit it hard during the last week of the month. When I'm by myself, will be good. When we are together, we're going to enjoy life! For instance, just did sushi and ice cream for lunch. Wonderful!

Thank you and yes, way too fast! She's already 20 and six feet tall! I have to look up at her when she wears heels or clogs!
