My scale is weird but I am still using it. Keeping to a simple plan of recording food as I buy it, basically, and then eating when I am hungry. Not limiting breakfast to "breakfast foods" etc. so that I can get what I crave out of the way.

My daughter is coming home today! Also, moving furniture has to happen this week so that my second daughter can come home and have a bedroom next week too! And the charity is coming on Friday to get a few pieces, a desk and chair set.

74.0 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
