So slept in until 11 AM again after a 3:30 AM bedtime. Got a surprising 200.8 weigh in after my 1300 calorie Saturday, midnight treadmill, and seven hours of sleep. Did my full weight lifting workout and an hour on the treadmill. Paid off with a return to Onederland at 198.8. Now, on to the low 190s...
