Got back to 198.8 before dinner and after an hour on the treadmill. Maybe a further drop by the morning! Went sort of nuts with fruit and veggies, so the carbs are sky high today, but all good stuff.

Yep. Certainly ate like a guinea pig today! Massive bowl of veggies for dinner plus a bit ol' smoothie! That crazy number has been as low as 12 lately!

Thanks, Jenfar! Went on a crazy buying spree at the veggie stand the other day so I had to eat it up. We are lucky to live in what is still a semi-rural area with local farmers selling their wares on roadside stands. So fresh and delicious but not a long shelf life!
