Morning weigh in of 203.2. Took in 1928 calories yesterday and burned 2621, so did not achieve my 1000 calorie deficit goal. But 350 of those calories were scotch on the rocks, so those won't stick around! No workout yesterday but a good night's sleep for a change. Weight lifting and treadmill tonight.
92.2 kg Lost so far: 55.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Snezica, Jim, and MontanasMom! Appreciate the encouragement! It's all going according to plan... UNTIL today! I spoke at on a panel at the Willard Hotel in DC and they had a catered lunch that I didn't know about! So of course, not wanting to be a bad guest, I enjoyed the filet mignon, salad, roasted potatoes, and creme brulee! : ) But, you'll be happy to know I left the roll and butter alone. Now... do I eat dinner or not? Might have to do a huge workout to stay 1000 calories under my burn!

Personally, I'd have rather had the roll and butter than creme brûlée. Mmm.
